We've all seen it.  The left catering to and monopolizing the growing number of Muslims in the US.  They tell them they're "protecting" them from the fundamentalist right, that they are rescuing them from oppressive Christianity.  But in reality, how much do these degenerates on the left really know of Muslims?  What shared philosophy makes the Left the defenders of the Muslim Faith?Perhaps the Islamic Community's staunch support of abortion rights gives them jurisdiction.  I'm sure most Muslims wish their daughters to become as "enlightened" as our secular American women and star in some Girls Gone Wild videos.  Probably not.  These stances are what Muslims, as well as any other decent, hardworking people with faith in something other than pleasure and decadence, despise about American Culture.  If Republicans would stop recoiling from the lunatic left on cultural issues, they could bring Muslims, Black Christians, and other people of faith into the fold.  We could also take the moral high ground and go on the offensive against liberals just like back in the days of Reagan The Great although I  was just a child I recall my parents talking fondly of how Ronnie had the hippies on the run back in the 80s.  How did we lose that momentum?  We lost it by a few weak leaders caving to the Democrats on a few major issues like confirming the most liberal justice in the history of the US Supreme Court by a 96-3 margin.  Justice Ginsberg has stood on the opposing side of decency and has been a defender of all sorts of perversion since she came to infest the Court in 1993.  The Islamic Community, as well as other traditional groups have far more in common with Conservatives than with the loose association of lunatic fringe groups that is the Democratic party and the Republicans needs to realize this and take the moral high ground from the Left.  This is highly unlikely with the wishy-washy John McCain seemingly wanting to please everyone but his base, but perhaps a new hope will emerge as VP candidate or down the road in 2012.  We helped the Muslims defeat Communism in Afghanistan in the 80s, perhaps they will help us defeat it in the United States in the next decade.
